Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation (IDEA) Accredited
Accreditation by IDEA is intended to assist the general public in the selection of a qualified, professional door systems dealer when purchasing, servicing, or installing an overhead door, automatic gate operator, fire door and other industry products. Companies earning the Accreditation seal have demonstrated a commitment to industry excellence by completing a demanding study course, documenting good business practices and receiving recommendations from others with whom they do business.
IDEA Certified Technicians On Staff
IDEA Technician Certification is awarded to individuals who install and service residential garage door systems. This credential can be earned for residential garage doors by individuals who can complete any or all of these courses and successfully pass a comprehensive written examination. Automated door systems often represent the largest moving object in a structure. Certified technicians follow a strict code of conduct that requires and product that they install, repair or service to be safe and reliable. Graves Overhead Doors is proud to say that our garage door techs carry this prestigious designation.
International Door Association (IDA)
The International Door Association primary mission is to provide programs and services to door and access system dealers, for the express purpose of enhancing their value and professionalism. IDA plays an important role in the process of quality creation and control by providing helpful programs and services to those who sell, install, and service the superb products produced by the door industry's exhaustive list of manufacturers.

EPA Certified
EPA's Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP Rule) requires that firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and pre-schools built before 1978 have their firm certified by EPA (or an EPA authorized state), use certified renovators who are trained by EPA-approved training providers and follow lead-safe work practices.
Georgia Drug-Free Workplace Program
As part of our commitment to our community, the health of our employees, and the safety of our customers, Graves Overhead Doors participates in Georgia's drug-free workplace program and conducts employee drug screening, on-going training for both supervisors and employees, and offers an employee assistance program.
