The Guardian Maintenance Plan is an annual program designed to keep your garage door system running at peak performance while protecting your investment. Guardian maintenance includes annual service, adjustments, and a complete safety inspection. Your garage door is the largest piece of moving equipment in your home. Keep it running smoothly and safely for your family.

The Guardian Maintenance Plan includes the following benefits:
- 20-point inspection, testing & routine maintenance
- Necessary minor adjustments as needed
- Perform UL325 safety tests for all garage door openers
- Provide documentation of inspection & test results
- Recommend corrective repairs/replacement as needed
- Parts used not included in base price, billed separately
- 10% discount on all parts used
