We are a full-service garage door dealership offering professional service, repair and installation of garage door systems to contractors, businesses and homeowners. Our field positions require customer service oriented individuals who are experienced in installation and/or repair. Candidates must be self-driven with excellent mechanical ability, possess strong problem solving skills and a willingness to learn. Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with customers is essential.

Field Installation and Service

Residential Installation/Service Technician:
Installation and repair of residential garage doors and openers. Carpentry experience and/or strong mechanical skills required. Electrical, construction or trade experience is helpful e.g. HVAC or similar. Previous garage door experience is preferred.

Commercial Installation/Service Technician:
Installation or repair of commercial sectional, rolling steel doors and electric operators for our commercial customers. Commercial door installation experience is required.

Helpers/Training Positions:
Assist residential installers or service technicians and learn a skill on-the-job while training for a technician position. Minimum of three (3) years construction/electrical/welding and mechanical or trade experience is preferred for training positions. Minimum education: High school diploma.

We provide hands on training, tools and trucks for our technicians.

Customer Service Representative

Graves Overhead Doors, Inc., a growing, locally owned company, is seeking a full-time, experienced Customer Service Representative. Must be helpful by nature and enjoy working with the public in a fast paced, team environment. Duties include assisting customers over the phone and in the showroom with sales and service requests. There are also a variety of other administrative duties required.

Must have good computer skills and experience working with Word/Excel and data entry. Compensation includes base pay of up to $18/hour (based on experience), performance bonus and fringe benefits that includes group health coverage, paid time off. Normal business hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm M-F.
