COVID 19 Message
COVID-19 continues to grip the United States and the world - prompting all of us to take measures to protect our students, families and ourselves to do everything reasonably possible to aid in the effort to stop the spread of this pandemic. Your safety, as well as our team members, is our foremost priority.
As outlined in the Governor's Executive Order, we are deemed an essential business and permitted to operate as an essential service provider of garage door and opener systems to homeowners, contractors and businesses. We are here to serve you in this critical time. We can provide service, installation and sales just as we have always done but we are doing it a little differently than we have in the past. We want to make serving you as safe and convenient as we know how given these circumstances. As a result, we want to make you aware of a few changes in our business operations.
New Business Hours

Parts Pick-Up & Warehouse Delivery Hours 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
We offer dock door or curb side pick-up for counter or parts sales. You must call ahead to place an order for a part or order to be ready for pick-up.
Employee Wellness Checks
All employees have daily health screens for temperature or symptoms.
For the health and safety of our employees and customers we are adhering to the following guidelines and we ask for your cooperation in following safe practices:
We value our workforce so please note the following in consideration of our associates. If you or anyone at your residence is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days, is waiting to test or quarantining due to possible exposure, please wait to schedule your service or sales appointment until everyone is well. We request that for anyone who has tested positive it should be at least 10 days since you first tested positive, been at least 10 days since you first experienced symptoms, and if symptoms were present, they are improving and have no fever without the use of medication in the last 48 hours and/or the quarantine period is past. If you have a garage door system failure and your need is urgent, let us know we may be able to arrange a no-contact service or repair response.
Our techs are practicing social distancing to maintain the minimum 6' space rules from people as much as possible. They aren't being rude - just safe.
We provide our technicians with personal protective equipment PPE and they always wear gloves.
During Your Service
In most cases you can remain safely inside your home while we perform the service or maintenance to your garage doors. We can even send you pictures of the finished repair if you wish.
At the conclusion of your service or installation or before if you prefer, you can pay by phone or leave a check outside for our technician to pick up. We accept credit card payments by phone, or you can simply leave a check that we pick up at time of service. We can then send you a copy of your invoice and the paid receipt through email with an almost completely contact-free and paper-free transaction.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we all adapt to these challenges we are facing. Our guidelines and work practices are subject to change due to the changing nature of governmental orders and safety recommendations.
